Top Producer Awards for 2007

Fellow WCR Members!!!

It's time to complete your "Top Producer Production Sheet" for 2007. This form should be completed by all REALTOR members in order to qualify for receipt of the Top Producer Award. The event is scheduled for April 18, 2008 at the International Design Center in Estero. Please go to "Downloads" on our web site to retrieve this form. Once you have done so, please read the instructions carefully and if your sales volume qualifies, fill in the amount and have your broker sign the sheet.

Fax the completed production sheet to Deborah Hamilton at 239-390-5111

The deadline for receipt of this form is March 28th so don't delay!! In addition to filling out the production sheet and faxing, you must also register for the event. You can also find the registration form in the download section on our web site.

2008 Education Meeting/District V Forum March 13th

Our March Education Meeting will be an extremely important meeting for you and your colleagues to attend! This meeting will be the 2008 District V Forum and will be held on March 13th from 9 to 4:00 p.m at the Three Oaks Banquet & Conference Center on Three Oaks Parkway, Estero. We will join forces with our District Chapters from Bonita Spring/Estero, Ft. Myers and Cape Coral to offer our members the most current tecnological information to date!! Our morning will begin with a continental breakfast, then on to our program! Bring your laptops, iphones, blackberrys, etc and get the latest hands-on in technological education from National speaker, Amy Cherow, Matthew Ferrara and Company. We'll break for a hot lunch and have the pleasure of hearing our very own FLORIDA STATE WOMEN'S COUNCIL PRESIDENT, ROSEMARY MAHONEY!! After lunch, our education continues! All this for only $40.00! Anita Colletti wins "Recruit Now, Travel Later!" Member Recruitment Contest!!

Congratulations, Anita! We appreciate your efforts! Enjoy that trip! And just for the record, the Naples-on-the-Gulf Chapter recruited a total of NINE new National members! Great job and special thanks goes to Anita Colletti, Lisa Stevens, Chris Dike, Elli Taylor and Kimberley Ouiment. Your recruiting efforts are keeping us on the map and we thank you so much! Now we MUST concentrate of retention for 2008! Keep up the great work everyone.

CIPS/WCR Presentation

The Florida CRS Chpt. Dist. 5 and the Florida CRB Chpt Dist. 5 are co-sponsoring an invitation only event to be held at Quail West C.C. on Monday, Sept. 17th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Matey Veissi will be the guest speaker and will share some of the insights the FAR Strategic committee has utilized this year. Some topics will include her years with FREC and her perspective for next year. In addition, Thomas O'Bryant, the Florida DBPR Director of the Real Estate Division will be attending in conjection with the FREC meetings which begin the next day in Ft. Myers. Our installation of 2008 Officers will be held December 12, 2007 at Kensington Country Club beginning at 5:30 p.m. Our theme for the 2008 year will be "HATS OFF TO WCR"! Plesae wear your most desired hat...with the exception of sport team baseball caps. (You know how competitive "some" of us are!!!!)
