About Terri Speach

Terri Speach has been employed by Stock Development as a Broker Liaison/Sales Associate for 3 years. With more than six decades of building experience, Stock Development has brought its signature brand of integrity and quality to Florida’s Southwest Coast. Specializing in the development of country club properties, the company’s craftsmanship and expertise are proudly displayed in Collier, Lee and Charlotte Counties. Three of their most celebrated golf course communities are Grandezza, Lely Resort, and Olde Cypress. Their waterside condo community is located in Punta Gorda, Vivante. The newest Stock Development community, Paseo, may be found in Ft. Myers. Terri is both a REALTOR® and Affiliate member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and is a graduate of the 2005 Leadership Development Class. She served as Chairman of the Professional Recognition Committee and serves on the Membership Committee (she is presently the Asst. Dean of new member Orientation). She was awarded the “Affiliate/Allied Committee Contribution” distinction at NABOR for 2006 and 2007 at their Annual Night of Honors. In addition, she was awarded NABOR’s “Allied/Affiliate Member of the Yearfor 2006 and 2007. Terri is also a member of the Bonita Springs/Estero Association of REALTORS® and serves on the Affiliate Committee while being a constant supporter of all events thru monetary and gift donations. She is also a member of the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®, serving on the Realtor Support Network committee and a member of the The REALTOR® Association of Greater Ft. Myers and the Beach She serves as the 2007 Vice President of Membership for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Naples-on-the-Gulf Chapter. In 2005 she was awarded the “Honor Circle Award” from the Naples on-the-Gulf Chapter. She is currently a secondary member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Ft. Myers Chapter and the Bonita Springs/Estero Chapter where she was awarded the 2006 “Pat Lord Humanitarian of the Year” for which she considers her most honored award. Terri has been an avid supporter of "The Susan Komen Race for the Cure", “Habitat for Humanity” and the “WCR and Bonita/Estero Relay for Life” for the past four years and plans to participate again next year. She also has worked as a volunteer for the Redlands Christian Missionary Association in Immokalee, working with elementary aged children.
